About your bill
Once we have received payment from your insurance company, we will bill you for any
unpaid balance.

Depending on your insurance and the services provided, you may receive two bills: one from
HFA for your clinic visit, and one from HCMC for any medical tests performed during that visit.

If you are hospitalized, you may receive a bill from HFA for your physician's services at
the hospital and a bill from HCMC for services such as medical tests, anesthesia, or surgical
supplies.
