Dr. Kinney graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed internal medicine residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA, and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Chicago with an additional year of advanced training in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) at Hennepin County Medical Center. Dr. Kinney is Board Certified in gastroenterology and an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Kinney has a special interest in complex and difficult endoscopic procedures, especially endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
